We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel for a global insurance company in Switzerland. The successful candidate will support the Legal Head of M&A in coordinating and advising on legal matters related to upcoming and ongoing mergers and acquisitions. 

Responsibilities:
Advise on a multitude of areas, including coordination of stakeholders, strategy, due diligence, and specific legal advice on issues that arise out of transactionsParticipate in or coordinate due diligence and other integration activitiesDraft, review, and negotiate agreements; collaborate with different business units and regional legal counselsProvide necessary support to the Legal Head of M&A Qualifications:
Experience in-house or at a law firm practicing corporate law within an international environment of at least 5 years PQEKnowledge and experience handling matters in an international M&A environment; experience of international corporate and commercial lawProven track record of leadership and project experienceFluent in English, both written and verbalExcellent drafting skills, communication skills, and attention to detailAbility to think around a more nuanced and complex international setupPlease note that we can only accept applications from candidates with an EU valid work permit and who are based in Switzerland.
