sales companies and around 60 independent national distributors.
We're looking for a
Product Sales Support Specialist
to strengthen our team in Steinhausen, with
technical know-how and a passion for customer solutions.
Key Activities and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main technical contact for customers and provide support to the sales team.
- Advise customers in selecting appropriate products and solutions, including sensors, relays, energy meters, and automation components.
- Manage inquiries and quotations, track project progress, and ensure smooth order processing.
- Handle quality complaints through root cause analysis, repairs, and proper documentation.
- Support Area Sales Engineers with key accounts and strategic customers.
- Maintain and manage product and customer information, monitor market trends, and contribute to new product launches.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues from Sales, Marketing, and Product Development at both national and international levels
Qualifications and Experience
- Completed education or degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or automation (or equivalent).
- At least 3 years of experience in technical inside sales or sales support.
- Confident use of ERP/CRM systems and MS Office 365.
- You communicate fluently in German and English; French is an advantage.
- You are customer-oriented, hands-on, and enjoy working in an international environment.
