We’re looking for a Product Sales Support Specialist to strengthen our team in Steinhausen, with technical know-how and a passion for customer solutions. Key Activities and Responsibilities: Serve as the main technical contact for customers and provide support to the sales team. Advise customers in selecting appropriate products and solutions, including sensors, relays, energy meters, and automation components. Manage inquiries and quotations, track project progress, and ensure smooth order processing. Handle quality complaints through root cause analysis, repairs, and proper documentation. Support Area Sales Engineers with key accounts and strategic customers. Maintain and manage product and customer information, monitor market trends, and contribute to new product launches. Collaborate closely with colleagues from Sales, Marketing, and Product Development at both national and international levels. Qualifications and Experience Completed education or degree in electronics, electrical engineering, or automation (or equivalent). At least 3 years of experience in technical inside sales or sales support.Confident use of ERP/CRM systems and MS Office 365. You communicate fluently in German and English; French is an advantage.
