We spark ideas that lead to positive impact and continued success.If you want to be part of this important mission, we want to hear from you.The JobIn this important and rewarding role, the Sales Contract Specialist will see that sold equipment is delivered on time to the site for rigging and installation, revenue and cost are booked, and invoices are created.Duties & ResponsibilitiesReview received purchase orders / contracts based on internal guidelinesEntering sales orders information into our SAP systemPreparing and sending correspondence and invoices to the customersCoordinate backlog activities (purchase orders, delivery schedule, etc) according to contractual terms and coordinate with necessary internal resources, in order to ensure the delivery of VMS / SHS equipment to the customer site in the most efficient manner within the agreed timescalesClose collaboration with Project Management, Sales, Finance, etc.Organize and initiate the transportation of the equipmentFull responsibility for sales orders to comply with VMS / SHS procedures / compliance rules and facilitate the HQ approval processMonitoring projects in terms of delivery and paymentGuarantee of adherence to import and export control procedures both in respect to Swiss and foreign regulationsControl and approve company external supplier’s and subcontractor’s invoicesQualifications, Skills, Experience & AttributesCommercial apprenticeship (KV) or equivalent education. Export diploma preferableMinimum 2-5 year of experience gained by work experience in sales support, processing orders for import / export, administration or similar rolesUnderstanding of international shipping and transportation regulationsPlanning and organization skillsGood skills in project coordination activities (from order receipt to delivery and acceptance)Experience in customer focused roleExperience in project coordination activities (orders: from order receipt to delivery / acceptance)Fluent in German & English, both written and spoken.
