Full ownership of sourcing and sales for virgin PET, with focus on margin optimization and commercial performance. Manage and further develop our robust supplier network, continuously building competitive advantage and long-term partnerships. Work closely with our international sales offices to expand customer reach and drive profitable growth across regions. Manage the risk / reward in the portfolio within a defined financial framework. Define and execute the business plan and financial budget for your product line, based on your market expertise and commercial acumen. Monitor key business KPIs and proactively initiate corrective actions to ensure targets are met or exceeded. Position reporting to Meraxis Head of Trading. What you should bring. Ideally 5-10 years of proven track record in the trading / product management of polymers, ideally of PET, with experience in managing supplier and customer relationships. Strong commercial mindset with a trader’s instinct – you are used to drive performance, negotiations and results. Deep understanding of market dynamics and technical understanding of polymer materials and applications. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across cultures and functions. Fluency in English is essential. German is a strong asset, additional European languages are a plus. A self-starter and problem-solver with a structured, independent working style and an entrepreneurial mindset.
