Your challenging and rewarding responsibilities for the global Headquarter will include the areas of Leadership support: Maintaining office systems, arranging legal documents, welcoming & meeting visitors, producing documents and reports, liaising with external and internal stakeholders. Office management: Secretarial tasks for Board Members & Company Executives, reception, preparation of meetings, support of business trips, support organization of Press Conference and AGM, facility support. Bookkeeping: Accounting of all daily transactions, managing credit cards, expense reports, etc. Human Resources: Payroll Services including social security, participate in pension plan meetings, organize meetings, etc.
