Chimico Biotecnologo Documentation Specialist

Profilo

  • Laurea in Biotecnologie, Chimica, CTF
  • 2–5 anni di esperienza nel controllo documentale, nella qualità in ambito biotecnologico e ADCs, farmaceutico.
  • Preferibile esperienza con documentazione regolata da GMP e con sistemi elettronici di gestione documentale.
  • Ottima conoscenza delle normative GMP, GDP, ISO 9001 e delle linee guida internazionali pertinenti.
  • Elevata attenzione al dettaglio, precisione e capacità organizzative.
  • Eccellenti capacità comunicative scritte e inglese (la conoscenza del tedesco o del francese è considerata un plus).
  • Buona padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office e dei sistemi di gestione documentale.
  • Capacità di integrarsi e collaborare in team
  • Eccellente conoscenza di Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Mansioni

  • Creare, revisionare, formattare e mantenere documenti controllati (SOP, Batch Record, Protocolli, Report, Specifiche, ecc.) secondo gli standard aziendali.
  • Gestire il ciclo di vita dei documenti all'interno del sistema elettronico di gestione documentale
  • Assicurare l'archiviazione e il recupero tempestivo dei documenti in conformità con le procedure interne e i requisiti normativi.
  • Garantire che tutta la documentazione rispetti le normative GMP/GDP, ISO e le linee guida ICH.
  • Supportare audit interni ed esterni fornendo documentazione completa e accurata.
  • Partecipare a iniziative di miglioramento continuo dei processi documentali e dei sistemi.
  • Monitorare le tempistiche di revisione e aggiornamento dei documenti per assicurarne la validità.
  • Coordinarsi con i reparti Qualità, Produzione, R&D e Regulatory Affairs per la creazione e il controllo dei documenti.
  • Supportare la preparazione della documentazione necessaria per submission regolatorie, rilascio prodotto o technology transfer.
  • Fornire formazione e supporto al personale sulle buone pratiche di documentazione e sull'utilizzo dei sistemi.
  • Supportare le iniziative di digitalizzazione per ottimizzare i flussi documentali e la tracciabilità.
  • Partecipare allo sviluppo di template, strutture e metadati per standardizzare i formati documentali.
