Senior Technician Quality Control (Ref. 2678)

In this role, you will be part of the Sample Management & Incoming Testing Packaging team, collaborating closely with colleagues from the Analytical QC group and other departments. You'll contribute to ensuring smooth laboratory operations and compliance with GMP standards.

Your main tasks

  • Receive, reconcile, reference, and destroy various sample types (e.g., raw materials, packaging, stability samples)
  • Conduct visual inspections of pharmaceutical products and packaging materials
  • Perform raw data reviews and document results according to GDP standards
  • Support complaint investigations through sample analysis
  • Manage laboratory material orders and stock (Kanban system)
  • Archive laboratory documentation and samples
  • Execute CAPA and deviation-related actions within the Quality System
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the QC lab
  • Ensure compliance with EHS and GMP guidelines
  • Report incidents and safety events promptly
  • Carry out additional tasks assigned by QC management

Your profile

  • Completed training as Laboratory Technician (CFC) or equivalent education/experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a GMP/GDP-regulated environment
  • Solid understanding of QC processes and laboratory workflows
  • Familiarity with analytical techniques (e.g., IR, spectro colorimeter, balance)
  • Proficient in using LIMS and standard office tools (Excel, MS Office)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of LEAN and 5S methodologies
  • Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluent in French, with basic English skills
