We're looking for a detail-driven
QC Sample Management Technician
to help keep our
Quality Control labs running flawlessly
in a dynamic GMP environment.

What You'll Do

You'll be the
go-to person
for all things sample-related — receiving, recording, storing, and distributing materials so testing runs smoothly and compliantly.


Your day-to-day:

  • Receive, verify, and distribute samples with precision.
  • Keep everything traceable, documented, and audit-ready.
  • Support stability studies and sample shipments.
  • Manage lab consumables and help with stock, autoclaving & solution prep.
  • Promote safety and compliance at every step.

Work closely with QC, Production & Support teams.

  • Expect variable daytime hours, occasional weekends (1 in 4–6).

What We're Looking For

Experience in a
GMP-regulated
lab (biotech/pharma preferred).

Organised, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Team player with great communication skills.

Comfortable with flexible work schedules.

  • Bonus: Familiarity with sample management, validation, or stability studies.

Language & IT Skills

  • Proficient in French and technical English (minimum B2 level)
  • Comfortable using standard IT tools and systems (e.g., MS Office)
