Analyste Contrôle Qualité

Contrat temporaire 2ans

Prise de poste :

Rejoignez une équipe dynamique au sein du département Contrôle Qualité, spécialisée dans la gestion des échantillons et le contrôle des matériaux d'emballage entrants. Ce rôle polyvalent vous permettra de contribuer activement à la qualité des produits tout en participant à des projets d'amélioration continue.

Vos missions :

  • Assurer la gestion complète des échantillons de laboratoire (matières premières, matériaux d'emballage, échantillons de stabilité), de leur réception à leur destruction.

Vos Responsabilités :

  • Réaliser et réviser les tests de contrôle visuel en laboratoire.
  • Participer à des projets liés à la sécurité en laboratoire et à l'amélioration continue.
  • Réception, test, réconciliation, destruction et archivage d'échantillons (produits semi-finis, matières premières, emballages primaires et secondaires, échantillons de stabilité, de rétention ou spéciaux).
  • Revue des données brutes.
  • Réalisation d'analyses : inspection visuelle, contrôle qualité des emballages, AQL, référencement des produits.
  • Gestion des commandes de matériel de laboratoire (système Kanban, création de commandes, suivi, réception, étiquetage et stockage).
  • Suivi des actions qualité (CAPA, déviations…).
  • Mise en œuvre d'actions d'amélioration continue.
  • Signalement immédiat de tout incident ou événement EHS.
  • Exécution de toute autre tâche confiée par le management QC.

Profil recherché :

  • Formation de type CFC de technicien de laboratoire ou équivalent.
  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans un environnement réglementé GMP/GDP.
  • Bonne connaissance des opérations de contrôle qualité en environnement GMP.
  • Maîtrise des règles de sécurité en laboratoire et des flux de travail QC.
  • Connaissances de base en techniques analytiques (IR, spectrocolorimètre, balance…).
  • À l'aise avec les outils bureautiques standards (Excel, MS Office).
  • Expérience avec un système LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System).
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en travail d'équipe.
  • Maîtrise du français, notions d'anglais.
  • Connaissance des méthodologies LEAN et 5S.
