About the Role

We are looking for a Quality Control Analyst to join our clients QC team on a 6-month assignment.

You will perform biochemical analyses and support daily laboratory operations in a GMP-compliant environment.

This role is ideal for a laboratory professional who enjoys structured, high-quality work and thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform biochemical analyses (ELISA, enzymatic assays, Western Blot, HPLC, etc.) following GMP/GDP procedures.
  • Prepare and qualify reagents, solutions, and consumables.
  • Complete documentation in full compliance with GMP, GDP, and ALCOA+ standards.
  • Report and document non-conformities or invalid results within defined timelines.
  • Participate in laboratory investigations and continuous improvement projects.
  • Ensure calibration, qualification, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
  • Maintain laboratory organization according to 5S and EHS principles.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.

About You

  • Education: CFC in Laboratory Technology (Biology, Chemistry, or related field) or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in a Quality Control laboratory within a cGMP environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HPLC, ELISA, electrophoresis, or enzymatic assays.
  • Fluent in French with a good command of technical English.
  • Swiss or EU nationality, or valid Swiss work permit.
