Senior Planning Specialist – Manufacturing
Temporary position
Main Mission
Ensure detailed planning and monitoring of production operations in coordination with stakeholders, to ensure the availability of resources and compliance with deadlines.

Missions

  • Translate the supply plans into detailed daily plans during the frozen period.
  • Manage the planning of assigned work centers and monitor the execution of work orders.
  • Prepare and lead the weekly planning meeting.
  • Track daily operations with QA, QC, Validation, Production, Warehouse, Supply Chain.
  • Define and ensure the execution of medium-term plans (availability of materials, master data).
  • Coordinate stability, variations and transitions activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for reconditioning (MTO) and reprocessing activities.
  • Monitor performance indicators (OTIF, timeliness, RFT).
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage change control tasks and associated deadlines

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain with at least 3 years of experience in planning (production or procurement).
  • Experience in an international industrial environment, ideally pharmaceutical or biotechnological.
  • Strong resilience, autonomy, ability to work under pressure, results orientation and quality.
  • Proactivity, anticipation and search for continuous improvement.
  • Quick understanding of processes, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of LEAN principles (asset).
  • Excellent IT skills: MS Office, Excel, ERP (Oracle is a plus).
  • Fluent English and French (oral and written).
