Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients, une société d'assurance basée à Neuchâtel, un.e Gestionnaire LPP Senior.

Responsabilités :
Administration des contrats LPP

  • Création, modification et résiliation de règlements de prévoyance
  • Calcul des rentes, capitaux et rachats
  • Suivi des entrées/sorties d'assurés (mutations, libre passage, retraits anticipés)

Conseil aux clients et organes paritaires

  • Accompagnement des conseils de fondation (préparation des PV, rapports annuels)
  • Analyse des bilans techniques et propositions d'ajustement (taux technique, bonifications)
  • Négociation des conditions avec les employeurs (taux de cotisation, degré de couverture)

Suivi financier et conformité

  • Contrôle du degré de couverture et des provisions techniques
  • Préparation des états financiers LPP (comptes annuels, rapport de gestion)
  • Veille réglementaire (LPP, OPP2, ordonnances FINMA)

Gestion de projet

  • Transfert de caisses (fusions, liquidations partielles)
  • Mise en place de solutions
  • Digitalisation des processus (portail assurés, e-dossiers)

Interface avec les partenaires

  • Collaboration avec les actuaires, experts en placements, réviseurs

*Expérience :*

  • Minimum 5 ans comme gestionnaire de caisse de pension ou spécialiste LPP au sein :

  • d'une compagnie d'assurance

  • d'une fondation collective
  • d'un gestionnaire de fortune spécialisé en prévoyance

*Formation :*

  • CFC d'employé(e) de commerce + formation continue en prévoyance professionnelle
  • Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en prévoyance en cours ou obtenu
  • Bachelor/Master en droit, économie ou actuariat avec spécialisation 2e pilier

*Compétences techniques :*

  • Maîtrise des logiciels LPP
  • Connaissance approfondie de la LPP, OPP2, OPC, structures 1e/LPP
  • Français : langue maternelle
  • Allemand : bonnes bases opérationnelles (B2 minimum) - échanges écrits et oraux avec clients alémaniques et autorités
  • Anglais : un atout
