Our Opportunity

Within our Product Marketing team, based in Neuchâtel, we are looking for a:

Senior Watch Marketing Associate Manager – Octo Collection
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to shaping the future of an iconic line, overseeing the 360° product strategy, managing its product life cycle, and supporting its global execution.

• Strategic Vision: support the Marketing Manager in shaping the Octo portfolio strategy, aligning with business opportunities and overarching brand objectives
• Product Management: Oversee all aspects of product management, from concept to launch, closely working with the development team and design Studio. Manage the product lifecycle of the Collection and analyze the results to lead corrective actions and optimize the presence in the market
• Cross-Functional projects: Be part of strategic brand projects (launch package, international watches event…) ensuring collaborative effort across internal teams – including local markets, communication, events and sales
• Market & performance monitoring: Analyze the Collection performance and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities and develop impactful action plans. Diligently track the Collection performance and deliver regular qualitative and quantitative reports to management
• Commercialization: Collaborate closely with Central Merchandising Team in Rome HQ to ensure effective commercialization and visibility in store
• Team Development: mentor and inspire a trainee, fostering their professional development and ensuring alignment with company expectations

Your Background

You possess at least 5 years of marketing experience, in a Product Management role within a High-End Maison. You have a genuine passion for and knowledge of men's watches.

You possess strong analytical capabilities, allowing you to dissect complex data and derive actionable insights. You have the capacity to maintain a helicopter view, enabling you to see the broader picture and anticipate market trends, complemented by a strategic mindset that allows you to translate insights into winning strategies.

You demonstrate strong project management skills, with a proactive approach to anticipating and resolving potential challenges.

Finally, you can navigate complex organizational structures, and you are adept at building relationships and collaborating with senior management and cross-functional teams across multiple international locations, specifically in Italy and Switzerland.

Fluent in English and French, and ideally also in Italian, you are culturally agile and comfortable operating in a multinational environment. You demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
