Alpinum Solutions is a leading provider of managed legal services in Switzerland, Germany and Liechtenstein.

For our client, a boutique private bank focusing on wealth management and investment advisory services, we are currently looking for an Interim Head Legal & Compliance (m/f/d) to oversee day-to-day legal and regulatory affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume full legal and compliance responsibility for the institution
  • Handle legal, compliance, governance, and regulatory matters
  • Act as point of contact for supervisory authorities and external stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to applicable financial regulations and internal policies
  • Support in further development of internal compliance and governance frameworks

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Qualified lawyer with relevant Swiss financial services experience
  • Senior-level expertise in legal, compliance, governance, and regulatory matters
  • Fluent in German; additional language skills are a plus
  • Pragmatic, hands-on approach with ability to operate in a lean organizational structure
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
