Responsabilità

  • Identificare i rischi Compliance e valutare l'impatto sulle attività della Succursale e le possibili conseguenze;
  • Assicurare il monitoraggio del rispetto della normativa antiriciclaggio, gestire l'attività di adeguata verifica del cliente, i flussi verso le Autorità (flussi S.AR.A.; SOS; esercizio di autovalutazione dell'esposizione al rischio di riciclaggio);
  • Effettuare i controlli in ambito di prevenzione al riciclaggio, al finanziamento del terrorismo e violazioni delle sanzioni internazionali, anche su base campionaria;
  • Fornire supporto e consulenza alle funzioni di business per il controllo dei rischi di non conformità in ambito antiriciclaggio, antiterrorismo e sanzioni internazionali;
  • Gestire l'aggiornamento periodico delle direttive interne;
  • Supportare il responsabile della Succursale nello sviluppo del piano delle attività e nella predisposizione delle relazioni periodiche per gli organi sociali, Casa Madre e le Autorità di Vigilanza;
  • Gestire le richieste da parte delle Autorità di Vigilanza;
  • Informare il Responsabile di Succursale e gli organi aziendali della casa madre in Svizzera delle violazioni e criticità concernenti l'antiriciclaggio e le altre aree di vigilanza e raccomandare le opportune azioni;
  • Contribuire alle attività di controllo in materia di protezione dei dati;
  • Analizzare i processi in cui vengono trattati dati personali e non personali;
  • Analizzare le misure di sicurezza adottate dalla Succursale.

Qualifiche

  • Esperienza pluriennale in ambito Compliance e Data Protection presso istituti bancari o finanziari italiani;
  • Conoscenza approfondita della normativa antiriciclaggio italiana;
  • Formazione giuridica/legale in ambito italiano;
  • Ottima conoscenza dei principali sistemi di verifiche antiriciclaggio e di Know Your Customer;
  • Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata;
  • Ottime capacità relazionali e di analisi.
