Role Description

This is a contract role for a Legal Director, based in Lugano, Switzerland, with a hybrid working arrangement that allows for some work-from-home flexibility. The Legal Director will oversee legal compliance, address diverse legal issues, and manage corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions. This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, providing strategic legal counsel, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Law and handling diverse Legal Issues
• Strong understanding and experience in Legal Compliance and related standards
• Proficiency in Contract Management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiation
• Experience with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and related corporate transactions
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Prior experience in a leadership or senior legal role
• Advanced degree in Law and qualification to practice law in Switzerland
