Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Officer, based in Lugano. Responsibilities include overseeing compliance management and ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks. The Compliance Officer will conduct customers onboarding, screening and monitoring, risk assessments, provide analytical insights, and ensure company practices align with legal standards. Developing compliance strategies, coordinating with regulators, and maintaining clear communication with internal stakeholders to promote a compliant business environment is central to this role.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Compliance Management and Regulatory Compliance to monitor and enforce adherence to relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong Analytical Skills for conducting risk assessments and data analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Excellent Communication skills for building effective relationships with regulators, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of Finance principles and industry practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work collaboratively in a professional environment.
  • Previous experience in the financial services or Fintech industry is required.
