The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of the workplace, support HR processes, and maintain a productive office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions.
  • Coordinate office supplies, maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Support HR functions including onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, events, and training sessions.
  • Handle travel arrangements and logistics for staff as needed.
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners for operational needs.
  • Support in screening candidates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or office administration.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
