Per il rafforzamento del team HR interno, ricerchiamo un* HR Generalist da inserire presso lasede di Chiasso.L'azienda sta ricercando di una figura proattiva e orientata alle persone per guidare la strategia HR. La posizione prevede un impegno del 50%.

La risorsa riporterà alla direzione HR e sarà il riferimento per tutte le questioni relative al personale. Si occuperà delle selezioni e assunzioni e sarà referente dell'implementazione di politiche HR efficaci che supportino la cultura aziendale orientata all'innovazione e alla crescita.

Responsabilità:

  • Recruiting & Onboarding: gestire l'intero processo di selezione, dall'identificazione delle esigenze alla stesura degli annunci, fino all'onboarding dei nuovi talenti;
  • Supervisionare l'amministrazione generale del personale in collaborazione con la contabilità ed i consulenti esterni;
  • Sviluppo & Cultura Aziendale: Promuovere una cultura aziendale positiva e inclusiva. Coordinare iniziative di formazione e sviluppo del personale;
  • Conformità Legale: Garantire che tutte le politiche e le procedure HR siano conformi alla legislazione sul lavoro;
  • Performance Management: supportare la direzione nel monitoraggio delle performance e dei KPI, oltre che la gestione dello sviluppo delle carriere.

RequisitiSkills, esperienza e studi:

  • Comprovata esperienza di almeno 5/7 anni in un ruolo HR generalista in Svizzera, preferibilmente in un contesto finanziario, bancario o fintech;
  • Formazione: Diploma o laurea pertinente;
  • Legislazione Svizzera: Ottima conoscenza del diritto del lavoro e delle normative svizzere è essenziale;
  • Forte orientamento al problem solving, riservatezza, proattività e ottime capacità comunicative.

  • Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e in team
  • Attitudine all'organizzazione e alla gestione delle priorità
  • Spirito commerciale
  • Orientamento al risultato e alla crescita personale e professionale

Lingue:

  • Italiano: madrelingua o C1
  • Inglese: buona conoscenza (B1/B2)

Contratto, RAL e Benefit

Offerta:

  • Contratto svizzero a tempo indeterminato
  • Impiego parziale (50% – 20 ore settimanali)
