Das nationale Kompetenzzentrum HR SRG steuert die strategischen Personalgeschäfte der SRG und koordiniert die HR-Abteilungen der Unternehmenseinheiten. Das Kompetenzzentrum setzt die Rahmenbedingungen und sorgt für die Gleichbehandlung im gesamten Unternehmen.

**Damit begeisterst du uns**:

- Du verfügst über einen Hochschulabschluss in einer HR-nahen Fachrichtung (z.B. Arbeits
- und Organisationspsychologie, Soziologie, Betriebswirtschaft)
- Du hast Freude an konzeptionellen sowie koordinativen Aufgaben und bringst ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an HR-Themen mit, insbesondere im Bereich der Personal
- und Organisationsentwicklung
- Du hast eine rasche Auffassungsgabe sowie eine zuverlässige, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Du bringst idealerweise gute Französischkenntnisse mit
