About the job:
As a Senior Avaloq Consultant at Synpulse, you advise leading banks on the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of their Avaloq platforms. You analyze business processes, design target architectures, configure solutions within the Avaloq Core, and support our clients throughout complex transformation projects – from concept to go-live. You act as a key link between business and IT.

  • We are continuously looking for experienced Avaloq professionals in Zurich and Geneva – based on your location.
  • Manage projects over their entire lifecycle (from Business Analysis to Implementation)
  • Independently drive the success of a work stream by directing activities, ensuring high quality deliverables and timely submission
  • Manage a team of consultants by defining meaningful work packages, monitoring activities, and through mentorship
  • Close interaction with clients through regular project updates and networking
  • Participate in business development activities including topic development, proposal preparation, sales presentations, and contract negotiation

About you:

  • Very good Bachelor or Master's degree from a renowned university or university of applied sciences
  • Avaloq Certified Professional with 2-3 years of delivery experience on Avaloq implementation projects
  • Very good language skills in German and English for Zürich or French and English for Geneva (min. B2/C1 level)
  • IT affinity and interest in complex IT systems
  • Programming knowledge (e.g. Python, Java, SQL)
  • Project management experience in the Financial Services industry
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting competences
  • High capacity for teamwork and social skills
