Location: Zürich, Switzerland

We are seeking a Legal Counsel for a multinational bank in Switzerland. The successful candidate will provide employment legal advice, manage employment litigation, and support the global legal team on a range of issues.

Key tasks/responsibilities:
Provide employment legal advice and manage employment litigation cases Develop a constructive working relationship with different business divisions and legal team members in other countriesExert thought leadership and proactively manage employment legal riskInteract with outside counsels on legal mattersKeep abreast of relevant industry developmentsExperience & Qualifications:
Lawyer with at least 5 years' experience; proven experience in managing employment legal issues within Switzerland is essential for this roleCapability to assess and advise on complex employment issuesFluent in German and English - written and verbalExcellent drafting skills, communication skills, and attention to detailHighly organized, efficient, and hard-working with the ability to drive projects and deliver against set timelinesPlease note that we can only accept applications from candidates who are based in Switzerland, with a valid Swiss work permit.
