Job description
To support our new office in the city center of Cham (Zug), we are looking for a part-time (50–70%) Middle Office Assistant who combines accuracy in credit administration with strong sales and advisory skills.
Your responsibilities:
- Processing and validating personal loan applications in compliance with Swiss regulations.
- Advising clients on financing options, providing clear explanations, and offering tailored recommendations.
- Drafting contracts, managing credit positions, and ensuring follow-up of dossiers.
- Reviewing financial documentation and preparing data for analysis (including mortgages and construction loans).
- Maintaining written and telephone correspondence with clients, administrations, insurers, and partner banks.
- Supporting sales activities through negotiation, cross-selling, and ensuring an excellent client experience.
- Participating in internal projects and initiatives to improve processes and services.
The profile of the successful candidate:
- Finance or commercial education or equivalent experience.
- 3-4 years of experience in the credit sector (personal loans, mortgages, leasing) or commercial experience, ideally advising clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients.
- Language proficiency in German (Swiss German) and English. Any additional language is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive with a strong client focus.
- Team player, motivated to work in an office-based role hours per day).
