Resolve is the Fintech that is revolutionizing the Swiss mortgage financing market. We are developing an online platform that we combine with the expertise of our specialists to support our clients in accomplishment of their real estate projects.

The company's Premium department is responsible for the development and management of (U)HNWI clients. The objective is to find the best financing solutions according to the projects, luxury objects, investment properties, projects abroad, etc. through our network of financial partners, but also to offer solutions outside the banking market whenever necessary. It is necessary to master bank loans but also and especially financing through private real estate/mezzanine debt.

For our Premium department we are currently looking for a
Senior Premium Advisor /or Assistant
.

This position is open to senior consultants, as well as junior consultants, who will assist one of our senior consultants in Zurich.

This position is only open for our Zurich branch.

Main tasks and responsibilities :

  • Building and deploying the premium credit offering, including for instance :
  • Direct relationship with (U)HNWI customers to help them find mortgage loan solutions
  • Asset Protection : Indirect relationship with (U)HNWI Clients managed by EAM, Family Office or Private Bank
  • Structured Debt : Direct relationship with (U)HNWI Clients and Real Estate Professionals for bridge loan financing or Mezzanine Loan needs in the form of Bonds, Private Loan and/or equity.
  • Real Estate Investors: Direct relationship with real estate investors to meet their financing needs related to real estate investment portfolios. Acquisition financing, refinancing/capital raising.
  • Analysis of mortgage loan funding requests ;
  • Advising clients throughout the funding search process on mortgage loan offers, cash management, taxes and optimization… until the payment of a mortgage loan ;
  • Correspondence with notaries, lenders, and pension funds ;
  • Constant maintenance of relationship with Business Introducers and Lenders ;
  • Constant improvement of our B2B network

Requirements for the position:

  • Proven experience in the Swiss financial market
  • Significant experience in mortgage loan structuring is required
  • Work experience with (U)HNWI clients and real estate professionals is an asset
  • A network in the wealth management environment is a plus
  • Ability to conduct customer interviews in German and English or French
