Senior Relationship Manager

For a leading international bank in Switzerland, we are looking for a Wealth Management Senior Relationship Manager to develop the market in Central Asia. In this role, you will serve as the key contact for High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) individuals, embodying the bank's values both externally and internally.
Key Responsibilities:
As Relationship Manager, you will nurture and leverage your existing network to acquire (U)High-Net-Worth individuals from Central Asia, while providing customised investment solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in wealth management, advising U/HNW individuals from Central Asia (Focus on Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan) and managing substantial portfolios.
- Proven ability to build and maintain new relationships with (U)High-Net-Worth clients from Central Asia (particularly Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan) through your network.
- Knowledge of local and global financial markets, and economic trends.
- Experience in investment advisory and portfolio management is a plus.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is strongly desired.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, knowledge of Kazakh or Uzbek language is advantageous.
- Flexibility to travel to Central Asia as required.
This position will be based in Zurich.
Candidates with lateral profiles from Investment Banking, Corporate Banking and other relevant fields, with proven access to U/HNW individuals networks in Central Asia, are also welcome to apply.
