Role Description
As a Personal Assistant working 20% of full-time hours, you will provide essential administrative and organizational support to an executive or senior professional. Your role is to manage calendars, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and assist with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth workflow and efficient time management.
This position requires flexibility, discretion, and excellent multitasking skills to handle priority requests and confidential matters efficiently within limited hours. You will serve as a trusted liaison between the executive and internal/external contacts, helping to optimize schedules and support decision-making.
Ideal for a highly organized and proactive individual, this role balances autonomy with collaborative teamwork and offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully in a focused, part-time capacity.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative support role.
- Experience managing complex calendars and travel arrangements.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Microsoft Teams).
- Strong email and communication management skills.
Communication & Organizational Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Personal Attributes:
