Role Description
We are looking to add an outstsanding colleague to our team in the role of Client & Operations Support Associate. The role is based in Zurich and will strengthen our firm's operational foundation as we grow.
We are seeking someone with a passion for exceptional client service, discretion, EQ and ideally experience in a private bank, asset manager, or institutional environment — someone who understands how structured financial organizations operate and who can bring that same precision, reliability, and professionalism to us as a smaller, entrepreneurial firm. You enjoy working with and supporting a team of demanding professionals and taking responsibility to drive operations.
The position can be full or part-time (and can by hybrid from your "home office" in Switzerland) for the right candidate. You will support all our operations in the office and acting as a "spider in the web" on various topics ranging from day-to-day office activities for the company, such as expensing & accounting, travel management, agenda coordination - to also directly supporting clients with onboardings, investment documents, payments etc.
Given our international client base, fluency in English and German are required for the role, and Dutch as an additional language would be strongly preferred, as we work extensively with clients and partners in the Netherlands. You will work closely with the partners and investment team to ensure that Savair operates efficiently, reliably, and to the highest standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Operations & Administration
- Support client onboarding, account opening, and documentation processes (including KYC/AML and custodian coordination).
- Maintain accurate and compliant client records within our CRM and document systems.
- Support preparation of meeting materials, summaries, and reports for clients and internal use.
- Be a point of contact for clients on day-to-day family office touch points
- Track and follow up on client and partner action items to ensure timely completion.
Office & Administrative Support
- Support for manage scheduling, logistics, and travel coordination for partners.
- Liaise with service providers, custodians, and other external counterparties.
- Support general office operations and vendor coordination.
Operational Efficiency & Documentation
- Ensure meeting notes, decisions, and actions are properly documented and stored in internal systems.
- Support compliance workflows and recordkeeping to maintain audit readiness.
- Help improve internal workflows and documentation standards across the firm.
Team & Collaboration
- Coordinate between partners, the investment team, and external providers to ensure smooth communication and execution.
- Contribute to improving how we use internal tools (CRM, workflow management, shared documentation systems).
- Take ownership of recurring operational routines — ensuring reliability, accuracy, and follow-through as part of the firm's core team.
PROFILE
· Minimum 5+ years of experience in private banking, institutional asset management, or financial operations (family office, bank, or similar environment).
· Strong understanding of operational processes and documentation workflows (KYC, AML, client onboarding, custodian processes).
· Excellent organizational skills, precision, and an exacting attention to detail.
· Proactive and dependable, with strong follow-through and accountability.
· Comfortable working in a small, collaborative, and dynamic environment.
· Fluent in English and German; Dutch highly preferred.
· Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM or workflow management systems.
· Authorized to work in Switzerland.
