As a Sales Associate for our Pink Maharani pop-up store within Bongenie Zurich, you will be the ambassador of our brand, providing an exceptional and personalized client experience. You will play a key role in sharing our brand story, the artistry behind our products, and our commitment to ethical values. This position requires a deep appreciation for luxury, artisanal craftsmanship, and exceptional client relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a highly personalized, knowledgeable, and warm client service experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products, including the specifics of "A-grade" cashmere, weaving techniques, and our design philosophy.
  • Articulate the Pink Maharani brand story, our commitment to fair trade, and our charitable mission with genuine passion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with a discerning clientele in Zurich.
  • Manage the point of sale, transactions, and client records with discretion and accuracy.
  • Maintain the visual excellence of the sales area, ensuring merchandise is presented to the highest standard.
  • Contribute to the daily operations, including stock management and inventory.

Your Profile:

  • Fluent in German and English; French or other languages are a significant advantage.
  • An innate passion for fine craftsmanship, textiles, and the world of luxury.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a sophisticated clientele.
  • Elegant, professional appearance and demeanor.
  • A strong alignment with the ethical and charitable values of Pink Maharani.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic pop-up environment is a plus.
