Associate – M&A Advisory (Zurich)

Our client, a
reputable international M&A advisory house
, is looking to add an
Associate
to their growing team in
Zurich
. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile transactions while being part of a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of M&A transactions from start to finish
  • Build and review complex financial models and valuations
  • Prepare client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documents
  • Conduct market, industry, and company research
  • Collaborate closely with senior team members and clients across sectors

Requirements:

  • 2–6 years of M&A experience from a top-tier investment bank (mandatory)
  • Strong technical skills in valuation, modeling, and transaction execution
  • Excellent academic background in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Fluency in
    German
    and English (mandatory)
  • Ambitious, team-oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
