Our client, a leading Secondaries fund is looking for strong additions to their team in Zurich on Associate level

Responsibilities:

  • Support deal execution and portfolio analysis across secondary private equity transactions (LP stakes, GP-led deals, co-investments).
  • Conduct detailed financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence on target funds and companies.
  • Prepare investment memoranda and present findings to the Investment Committee.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external advisors, and fund managers across French- and German-speaking markets.

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in M&A, Investment Banking, or Transaction Advisory.
  • Fluent in
    French
    ,
    German
    , and
    English
    (both written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with solid understanding of private equity and secondary markets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
