MISSION
Tasks and responsibilities
- Lead projects to support clients to design and set up their Omnichannel Engagement ecosystem
- Manage different stakeholders throughout the whole organization to define common strategic goals and deduct concrete project plans
- Support customers to design innovative marketing strategies
- Consult customers about best practices in customer/user experience design
- Lead project implementation teams from business analysts to developers
- Project Management with national and international companies within the Life Sciences Industries
- Develop and maintain a good understanding of the evolution of products and services in the wider industry
- Self-responsible lead of work streams within a project
- Analysis of existing business processes
- Supervision of the implementation of novel processes and systems
- Drive Business Development within defined industries to grow the business
- Support the Arcondis Omnichannel Engagement to develop and grow their service portfolio
STUDIES
**Profile**:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in life science, business administration, communications or comparable field
- 3-5 years working experience in Project Management in IT Digitalization, Marketing, Customer/ Omnichannel Experience
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
- Ability to consult on Customer Engagement / User Experience strategy
- Experience in requirement engineering or solution design would be a plus
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Proactivity, problem-solving, and conflict resolution ability
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and coaching skills with hands-on mentality
