Do you feel comfortable in a dynamic environment and are you looking for a new challenge? You’ve come to the right place. Tasks Coordinate, plan, and manage omnichannel projects. Oversee project planning (kick‑off, minutes, follow‑up, documentation, reporting, etc.). Implement the omnichannel strategy in close collaboration with stakeholders. Maintain active dialogue with stores, regularly conducting presentations, workshops, and on‑site visits at the POS. Support and accompany stores in their digital transformation journey. Analyse and optimise processes and services. Lead the development and rollout of new digital services. Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on business administration. At least 2 years of project management experience in a retail environment. Passion for innovation and digital transformation. Strong interest in retail and eCommerce. Strong analytical, conceptual and strategic abilities. Team player with solid communication skills. Fluent German and good French/Italian speaking skills.
