Your Mission:

As a Capability Manager, you will drive global governance and evolution of CRM capabilities within the pharma ecosystem. You'll ensure consistency, compliance, and business value across regions and affiliates, orchestrating omnichannel processes like segmentation, consent management, and insights workflows.

What We're Looking For:

Strong experience with enterprise CRM systems (Salesforce, Veeva, IQVIA OCE-P)

Background in Commercial Excellence & Omnichannel engagement

Skilled in governance & process optimization in complex matrix organizations

Expertise in change management & user adoption

A connector between business and technology, structured and proactive
