**Global Omnichannel lead Haemato-oncology**:
**Role & Function**
Within Haemato-oncology therapeutic area, a new exciting opportunity at Sobi has arisen. With the preparation and launch of ZYNLONTA® (loncastuximab tesirine) of relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), For all hematologic and solid tumor indications, there is a large potential how this therapy can make a big impact of many patients lives. The Global Omnichannel lead Haemato-oncology will secure a seamless experience across all platforms that will maximize the strategic objectives and communication. The Global Omnichannel Lead will work in close collaboration with the Global cross functional team as well with affiliates.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Omnichannel planning, promote and advise on approach to campaign planning- Prioritize HCPs and digital channels based on preferred customer experiences to include in omnichannel engagement strategies and plans- Maximize and secure consistent messaging, visuals and positioning statements across all channels and platforms- Secure key stakeholder mapping is well defined and planned; appropriate target group receives impactful communication and activation.- Close collaboration with Global Enterprise team (cross functional team) to ensure brand strategy as well executed in an omnichannel approach- Leverage and further develop Sobi’s HCP portal to fully use this asset in the Therapeutic area- Secure local markets needs are reflected and aligned- Defined omnichannel and digital roadmap for the therapeutic area and brand- Operate with high ethical standards in line with the Sobi corporate values and SOPs by ensuring ongoing completion of all required initial and ongoing training in local regulations and policies, and adherence to those regulations and policies for selfThis is a highly networked role, with a requirement to work cross-functionally and cross-company in order to be successful. It will include a strong collaboration with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.**Qualifications**
- University degree level education -business, medical/science based- Documented omnichannel experience and leading extensive digital projects. Experience in pharma/oncology.- Additional commercial experiences including sales, market analytics and business intelligence- Strong analytic and strategic skills- Cross-cultural leadership, effective communication and team working skills- Multi stakeholder project management and leadership experience, delivering results on time and within budget- Flexibility, ability to manage change and operate in an environment of uncertainty- Fluency in written and spoken English- Additional European language skill is desired**Personal attributes**
- Cross cultural working appreciation and experience.In addition, you must demonstrate behaviors in line with Sobi's core values: Care, Ambition, Urgency, Ownership and Partnership.
