**Director TRT Global Strategic Marketing Oncology M/F/d**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Serves as Commercial lead for assigned pipeline assets and member of Integrated Product Teams
- Overall responsibility for Targeted Radionuclide Therapies (TRTs):
a) Support overall research and clinical development

b) Strategy development by program and across multiple tumors

d) Transform user experience for TRTs

**Main tasks**:

- Develop commercialization strategies to maximize value of assigned assets.
- Align commercial evaluations and business cases including option spaces, forecasting and commercial inputs for Decision Points
- Prepare the commercial recommendation for asset advancement decisions based on comprehensive evaluation of assigned assets against competitive.
- landscape and future standard of care analyses.
- Utilize competitive intelligence to inform potential adjustments to business cases and provide respective inputs to teams.
- Together with BD&L, assess and evaluate continuous strong external partnerships and collaborations Represent the Strategic Marketing in Business Development Licensing (BD&L) activities and lead the commercial aspects of external due diligence activities.
- Ensure cross functional tactical plans are developed for relevant pipeline assets and prepare market, company and product for approvals and launches.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- At least B.S. or B.A. degree in sciences (pharmaceutical, biology, chemistry, etc.), M.B.A. and/or advanced degree (M.D./Ph.D.) preferred.
- 12+ years’ marketing experience including established and new product responsibilities or business development in the Pharmaceutical Industry, preferably in Oncology.
- Preferred qualification, Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, strategic insights as the incumbent will interact with all levels of global teams.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills in order to develop complex proposals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of developing and launching radiopharmaceuticals: Novel imaging (PET-tracers) and/or targeted radionuclide Therapies, in EU and US.
- International and U.S. experience
