Your Tasks You coordinate, plan, and manage omnichannel projects. You oversee project planning (kick-off, minutes, follow-up, documentation, reporting, etc.). You implement the omnichannel strategy in close collaboration with stakeholders. You maintain active dialogue with stores, regularly conducting presentations, workshops, and on-site visits at the POS You support and accompany. stores in their digital transformation journey. You analyse and optimize processes and services. You lead the development and rollout of new digital services. your profile You have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on business administration. You have at least 2 years of project management experience in a retail environment. You have passion for innovation and digital transformation. You have strong interest in retail and eCommerce. You have strong analytical, conceptual and strategic abilities. You are a team player with solid communication skills. You speak fluent German and speak good French/Italian.
