In this role, you will:

- Become an expert on our strategic LSEG Data Access and Top 250 customer programs, empowering both sales and account management teams.
- Provide insightful analysis and support to drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships; presenting global account metrics, account reviews and commercial enhancements
- Collaborate with colleagues across functions to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Play a key role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives for key accounts.
- Contribute to a continuous improvement culture by identifying and implementing innovative solutions
- Implement effective communication plans and operating rhythm with global teams
- Partner with Commercial Policy and Legal teams to ensure that partnership agreements and special deals comply with LSEG terms & conditions.
- Build trusting relationships with key stakeholders both with the customer and within LSEG

We are seeking a driven individual with:

- Experience in customer support and business administration
- A passion for problem-solving and a strong analytical mind
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint

Provides support to the Sales organisation on general sales-related matters, business policy and procedural issues.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

- When necessary and appropriate, communicates pricing and product information to all customers directly.
- Consults with management on the effect of policies and procedures on business goals. Also assists in developing and implementing policy and procedure changes, which is to be done in a fair and consistent manner.
- Completes administrative tasks, which are directed by Sales Operations management, these may include reviewing customer facing collateral material.
- Maintains and improves internal sales related communication systems.
- Conducts product, policy and sales tool training to sales professionals, this can be regarding content, pricing, and promotions.
- Serves as a consultant on standard processes and knowledge sharing, which are related to new products and promotions.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Relevant qualification
- Previous experience in sales support / administration and / or relevant technical field
