In this complex economic context - involving paradigm shifts - managers must define and implement their company's strategy, regardless of their sector of activity.

As part of our strategy to strengthen our local presence in Western Switzerland, you will be part of our Geneva team that serves our Consumer Industries clients (Consumer Goods, Retail, Luxury, Energy, Utilities) with our “Customer & Growth” service offering.

Tasks
- Work in a project team, under the supervision of senior members, to help clients improve and transform their organizations and operations
- Ensure high quality standards work complying with our standards for internal and external projects
- Support the project team in one or more areas: sales strategy, business model, marketing & sales processes, customer experience design & transformation, growth solutions, CRM transformation
- Perform impactful quantitative and qualitative analysis, document preparation, research and project management
- Continuously look to develop and strengthen your consulting skills within the “Customer & Growth” community.

**Requirements**:

- Successful completion of a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, business, economics or similar
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills (quantitative and qualitative)
- Ability to communicate your findings and the value they bring to clients with impact orally and in writing
- Native French speaker, Business fluent in English (both written and spoke), German is a plus
- Enthusiastic and proactive personality
- Eager to learn with a positive and curious mindset
- First experience in consulting (e.g. internship) is clearly a plus
