Finance Manager

We are looking for a Finance Manager who will take ownership of a variety of finance tasks and draw upon his previous experience to actively participate in and develop the finance function for the next growth steps.

Tasks

Your role
- Support future fundraising rounds
- Manage the financial planning process and being the SPOC for all internal stakeholders
- Manage trade receivables and trade payables with the relevant team members and set up processes to enable our growth
- Support the leadership team in financial and internal operational regards
- Development and maintenance of a documentation of most important finance processes
- Report to VP Finance
- Narrowly collaborate with management, board and other stakeholders
- Coordination between internal and external stakeholders

**Requirements**:
About You
- Successfully completed studies in business administration or comparable qualification
- 3-5 years of experience in a finance role ( Planning & Analysis, Controlling) of a service oriented company.
- Proven ability to understand SaaS software companies including their main financial KPIs
- Strong analytical skills and ability to self organize
- Confident appearance, leadership qualities and communication skills
- Fluent in English, German a strong plus
- Enjoy working in fastly growing teams with a start-up atmosphere
- Valid Swiss work permit or CH/EU passport

3. Role focused Interview. The goal of this interview is to get a first impression of you and your knowledge. If we have a good match, you may be invited to take the next step.

4. Case study. You'll be working on a Locatee case study and will present it to the team.

5. Meet Locatee. We have a coffee break together where we invite everyone from Locatee. Not everyone is joining though but everyone who is not in a meeting or focus time will join. This is a great and informal way to also meet Locatee employees from other departments.

6. Follow-up with cofounder.

8. Onboarding. When joining Locatee, you will get your notebook of choice (MacBook or Thinkpad). In the first weeks you will join all the newjoiner sessions to learn everything you need to start at Locatee.
