**Votre mission**: Pour le Concours Eurovision de la Chanson 2025 (Eurovision), nous recherchons dès aujourd'hui un.e Project Management Assistant / Coordinator pour effectuer une mission à durée déterminée jusqu'à fin juin 2025. Au sein de l'équipe PMO Eurovision, votre cahier des charges est le suivant:
- Soutenir le Project Management Officer (PMO) dans ses tâches administratives,
- Participer à la planification du projet,
- Vous charger du suivi des tâches dans la planification du projet,
- Exécuter tâches de coordination au sein de l'équipe de projet,
- Réaliser des reportings, des présentations, des documents à distribuer, etc.
- Apporter votre soutien dans la résolution de problèmes et dans les prises de décision.
**Votre profil**:
- Expériences dans un rôle similaire, de préférence dans la gestion d'événement ou de projet ou dans une branche voisine
- Excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation et de communication (planification des échéances, gestion du temps et priorisation)
- Expérience en lien avec les logiciels de gestion de projet tels que Microsoft Project Plan 1 ou d'autres outils similaires et connaissances avancées de Microsoft Office
- Résistance au stress et capacité à s'adapter rapidement aux changements et aux nouvelles exigences
- Attitude proactive et travail passionné sur des projets tels que l'Eurovision 2025
- Bonnes connaissances linguistiques (anglais, allemand et français)
