The Eurovision Song Contest comes to Switzerland in 2025. With around 180 million viewers, the contest is the music event with the strongest coverage in the world. Join the Eurovision team and contribute to its success.

**Your mission**: For the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 (ESC), we are looking for a Project Management Assistant / Coordinator from now to the end of June 2025. As part of the ESC PMO Event team, your tasks will be the following:

- Assist the Project Managament Officer (PMO) with administrative tasks;
- Take part in project planning;
- Follow-up tasks within project planning;
- Carry out coordination tasks within the project team;
- Prepare reports, presentations, handouts, etc.
- Support the PMO in problem solving and upcoming decisions.

**Your profile**:

- You have experience in a similar role, preferably in event management, project management or a related industry
- You have excellent organisational and communication skills (scheduling, time management and prioritisation)
- You have experience in using project management software such as Microsoft Project Plan 1 or similar tools and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- You are stress-resistant and have the ability to adapt quickly to changes and new requirements
- You have a proactive attitude and are passionate about working on projects such as the ESC 2025
- You have good language skills (English, German and French)
