**Project / Role**:
**Main tasks**:

- Management and control of IT projects in different phases from initiation to implementation according to the HERMES methodology.
- Coordination and communication with internal and external stakeholders, including cooperation with Swiss federal authorities.
- Monitoring and compliance with project budgets and schedules.
- Implementation of agile methods (e.g. Scrum) to optimize the project progress.
- Ensuring relevant documentation and reporting according to project requirements.

**Requirements**:

- More than 5 years of experience as a project manager.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing IT projects.
- Proven experience of at least 250 days as a project manager in the last 3 years.
- Experience in working with a Swiss federal authority.
- Responsibility for at least one project according to the HERMES methodology across different project phases.

**Education**:

- Completed university degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field.
- HERMES certification
- Scrum certification

**Languages**:

- German at native speaker level
