For our Bern site, we are currently looking for a

**Sr. Admin Assistant, Project Delivery Services**:**Key responsibilities**
- Develop Project Excellence Training & Certification concept and roll out
- Prepare training materials, interfacing with internal SMEs and external providers
- Work closely with site leadership and functional management to define and deliver on expected deliverables and value
- Plan and facilitate training deployment. This includes management of training participants and their certification
- Work with Engineering & Standards group to incorporate tools, example and exhibits within the Knowledge Management Center
- Develop CSLs Project Manager Certification Program and Project Manager Skill Assessment
- Lead and motivate remote and virtual teams and stakeholders
- Prepare documentation, reports and presentation for workshops, meetings and events
- Organize travel planning and expenses
**Your skills and experience**
- University Degree or Apprentice in either economics, office management, communications or similar
- Ideally 8+ years of professional experience in a communicative or organizational role in a dynamic global environment
- Highly effective people management with a keen understanding of interdependencies
- Energetic and proactive person with strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to cope with time pressure in demanding situations
- Highly motivated self-starter with good problem-solving and social skills, service orientation and dedication
- Excellent written and spoken language skills in English and German
- Digital savvy and interested in technical topics.
- Proficient usage of MS Office, SharePoint, TEAMS and experience in creating reports
