**What to expect**

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Finance & Admin Assistant who loves what they do, with good communication skills, a solution-oriented mindset, able to connect the dots and contribute with their experience, ideas and opinions to address our business challenges in collaboration with the team.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Be in charge of purchasing (point of contact for all company purchases, issue purchase order, process credit card payments, ensure that all purchases are in line with the purchasing policy)
- Booking travel for employees and ensuring all travel expenses are in line with the T&E policy
- Responsible for reconciling company credit card monthly
- Be in charge of sorting, distributing, and posting physical mail
- Point of contact with cantonal authorities for employee tax. Ensure new employees are registered with the relevant canton and responsible for reconciling tax at source on a monthly basis.
- Assisting with other administrative and or finance tasks

**Requirements**:
**Education & Experience - What you'll bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field required
- At least 3+ years’ experience in finance or administration
- Swiss payroll experience is a plus
- Being comfortable with working in a dynamic and diverse remote environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Fluency in German and English is essential; French advantageous
