**Our client is a leading independent financial advisory group providing sustainable investment solutions for Asia and other Emerging Markets. With an established presence globally and for the Zurich (Head Office) we are seeking a professional and client focused Assistant to be part of the front office management team.**

**ADMINISTRATIN / FRONT SUPPORT to OFFICE MANAGER (60% - 80%)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsibilities included: reception area to meet and clients, organize and arrange meetings (both internal and external) ensure that Meeting rooms are ready and prepared at all times, take and screen calls, make appointments; also ensuring the maintenance of our meeting rooms
- Answering incoming phone calls and providing switchboard support and coordinating internal and external mail
- Responsible for making travel arrangements from A-Z (flights, accommodation, transport, Visa requirements, expenses, etc.
- Event management (support, planning, processing, etc.) and training (in-house and external)
- Supporting various teams in numerous administrative duties, when required (scheduling, filing, documents, outing together presentation packs, agenda management, etc.)

**Your description**
- You should have an Office Apprenticeship or Hospitality Education or Facility Management or similar schooling (client related).
- **YOU MUST HAVE **At least 1 year of Experience in Office Support or Facility Management or.. or.
- You are a client focused individual, hands-on, service oriented, positive and passionate attitude client services.
- You have an eye for detail and a precise working style and, ideally, you have initial experience in facility management.
- **YOU MUST BE **Fluent in German and English.
- You are able to work independently but at the same time you are an absolute team-player.

**Job Types**: 60-80%, Permanent
