Founded in 1990, ACS have successfully operated for over 30 years and now have global presence with over 35 offices and 700+ employees worldwide Our Geneva office have an exciting and rare opportunity for a Sales Support Coordinator to join the team and assist with smooth running of the daily office operation whilst providing support to the wider sales team. As a Sales Support & Office Coordinator you will be a key member of the Swiss team in our Geneva office and will be the go to person supporting the sales teams with their day-to-day tasks and ensuring smooth operation across the office. **Office Assistant's duties will include but are not limited to**: - Assisting the CEO with daily activities - Maintaining flight files and assisting with preparing flight briefs / contracts / invoices - Managing the office diary - Assisting the wider team with scheduling client meetings - Managing travel and accommodation needs and organising training for office as required - Overseeing Accounts Payable / Receivables - Assisting with office recruitment, working with the wider HR team to coordination new starter information and inductions - Taking meeting minutes - Scheduling employee appraisals and keeping up-to-date employee records on file - Maintain a clean and organised office area at all times, processing and distributing daily post - Maintaining stationary for office - Any other ad hoc administration tasks **Qualifications** - Excellent organization and time management skills - Exceptional communication skills - Attention to detail - Team player - Reliable - Polite and supportive manner - Fluent in English and French (German is a plus) **Additional Information** - Continued professional development - 22 days holiday per year which increases with length of service - A friendly fun and very exciting environment enhanced with regular company-funded social events such as socials and seasonal parties - Access to "Swibeco" benefits platform where you can have wide range of benefits and attractive discounts on numerous leading brands.
