ABOUT THE MISSION We're looking for a Digital Sales Director to lead our business across Europe , shaping how our Columbia and Sorel brands grow through our online partners. This is a senior leadership role overseeing a multimillion-euro portfolio of 30+ e-retail partners — from major accounts like Amazon, Zalando, and ASOS to fast-growing regional marketplaces. Leading a team of 10 (including 4 direct reports) located across Europe (HQ and countries), you'll be accountable for growing our digital wholesale turnover, and implementing a scalable marketplace model that supports sustainable growth. Beyond commercial delivery, you'll position your team as a Centre of Excellence (COE) for digital sales — sharing best practices, tools, and insights to support regional Sales and Marketing teams in driving omnichannel excellence. HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE DIFFERENCE Define and deliver the European digital wholesale strategy for Columbia and Sorel, aligned with regional and global priorities. Lead, mentor, and elevate a multicultural team of Digital Sales Managers and
