Vacancy: SALES & OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (M/F/X) - We are looking for a SALES & OPERATIONS ASSISTANT (M/F/X) to start asap for our client, in the maritime transport. The position is a direct permanent position with our customer. The support and placement as well as all of our other services are free of charge for you as an applicant.

**Missions**
- Support the registration of the Group with clients; maintain and update customer portals, including login credentials.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring all standard documentation and procedures are correctly followed.
- Maintain and update the CRM system; support users at headquarters and in branch offices, including training where necessary.
- Keep commercial, tender, and contract logs accurate and up to date.
- Collaborate in the preparation of annual client tariffs and ensure data is correctly stored on internal servers.
- Support the sales team in building customized tariff proposals for clients.
- Organize and translate presentations for internal meetings and external clients or affiliates.
- Ensure all sales documentation is current and correctly archived, both digitally and physically.
- Contribute to the organization of client gifts and events at the end of the year.
- Previous experience in a sales support, commercial assistant, or operations role (1-3 years minimum preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and internal database management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an international, fast-paced environment.
