**Vacancy: Head of Controlling (H/F/X)** - We are looking for a Head of Controlling (H/F/X) an international industrial company in the Geneva area, to join its financial leadership team for a permanent role:
The position is a direct permanent position with our customer. The support and placement as well as all of our other services are free of charge for you as an applicant.

**Missions**
- Youleadallcontrollingactivitiesto support business decision-makingacross multiple operationalentities
- Youoverseefinancial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reportingprocesses, ensuringaccuracy and timeliness
- You manage and challenge performance indicators, cost structures, and variance analysisto drive efficiency
- You collaborate closely with senior leadership, including operations, to align financial strategy with business goals
- You contribute to strategic initiatives, investment cases, and long-term financial planning
- You coordinate with external and internal auditors to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
- You have a strongbackground in finance or controllingwithin a complexindustrial or manufacturingenvironment
- You bring at least 8 to 10 years of experience in controlling roles, ideally in an international group
- You are fluent in English, and you speak French or German - any additional language is a plus Youdemonstrate leadership and influence, with a provenabilityto manage teams and cross-functionalprojects
- You are highlyanalytical, business-oriented, and capable ofnavigatingbetweenstrategic and operationallevels
- You master financial systems (such as SAP) and Excel, and ideally have exposure to digital transformation in finance
